Tolson Sherwood, Owner/Head Chef of the Red Pepper restaurant set up Posh Nosh Outside Catering Company in 1989 to bring restaurant quality food to the almost non-existent outside catering industry.
Twenty Eight years later, their team of professional chefs love nothing more than to turn up the heat in the kitchen (wherever that may be!) to provide you with some of Northern Ireland’s finest flavours!
They use only the best local produce available. They’ve built up a wealth of experience catering at large corporate events and weddings throughout Ireland. As well as catering at most prestigious local venues, they have also a street food section to their business.
The street food menu consists of: Burrito Bars, Build a Burger, Gourmet Hot Dogs, Hog Roasts, Paella etc.
