Dungannon Golf Club
It is not just people who play golf who appreciate the great local food and drink at Dungannon Golf Club Restaurant. The chefs know what their customers like; hearty fare like garlic mushrooms, pan-fried chicken, tobacco onions and champ and salmon with white wine and leek sauce. The pastry chef is a dab hand at crowd pleasers like profiteroles and Baileys chocolate cheesecake.
Head Chef Shane Smith has a great relationship with local suppliers like Lynas, Hendersons, Johnsons Coffee, Stanley Frew Fruit and Veg, Cavlan Meats and McKerneys Butchers. His style is a mix of modern and traditional and he is very aware of the need to satisfy his customers.
The staff is friendly, the service is prompt and the atmosphere is warm.
