Throughout his career he has worked along with esteemed chefs such as Nick Nearns in Glasgow, Phil Howard in London, Robbie Millar in Bangor as well as working in the prestigious Gleaneagles.
A table d’hote menu is available priced at £24.00 for two courses and £29.50 for three courses offering excellent value.
An à la carte menu is also available offering guests a wider choice of decadent dishes to treat your tastebuds.
