Sage and Onion Stuffing

- 4 onions
- 10 sage leaves fresh
- 50g butter
- 150g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg

- Finely chop the onion (1cm dice) and fry in butter on medium heat until soft approx. 10 minutes.
- Add in the breadcrumbs, the best way to do breadcrumbs is put in a blender and mix up.
- Take the egg and beat up and add to pan. I always roll my stuffing into little round balls rather than stuff into the cavity.
- Place on a greased tray and put in oven at 180c for 30 minutes.
