Mussels in white wine
Portrush Regatta 2012. This recipe was demonstrated by Ian Orr of Browns Restaurant.
- 1 kilo of Mussels
- 200g Cherry Tomatoes
- 50ml white wine

- Add Ian’s special mix to a saucepan and soften.
- Clean the mussels and then add all the ingredients to the saucepan, cover with a lid and heat until all the mussels have opened.
- Pour into a bowl and serve.
