Mussels in white wine

Portrush Regatta 2012. This recipe was demonstrated by Ian Orr of Browns Restaurant.

Main Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of Mussels
  • 200g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 50ml white wine
  • Butter

Main Instructions
  1. Add Ian’s special mix to a saucepan and soften.
  2. Clean the mussels and then add all the ingredients to the saucepan, cover with a lid and heat until all the mussels have opened.
  3. Pour into a bowl and serve.
