Flat bread

This flat bread was provided by Paula McIntyre and was demonstrated at Sea Bangor 2016.

Main Ingredients
  • 225g self raising flour
  • 100ml lukewarm water
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons clandeboye Greek yogurt
  • pinch of salt

Main Instructions
  1. Mix together, cover with cling film and leave for an hour.
  2. Divide into 4 pieces , roll into an oval and cook for 2 minutes on each side on a grill pan or bbq.
  3. Drizzle with oil.
