Clandeboye Yoghurt Dip

Main Ingredients
  • 5 tablespoon's of natural or Greek Clandeboye Yoghurt
  • 4oz cucumber (diced very finely)
  • 1 1/2 oz fresh mint leaves (chopped very finely)
  • 1/2 small clove of garlic (blended)
  • 2oz feta cheese (blended until crumbly)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Main Instructions
  1. Stir all of the ingredients together and leave in the fridge to infuse for about an hour. Great as a dip, served with Crudités or crisps - or as a side dish with a Turkey Curry!
