Bircher’s Muesli

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups porridge oats
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup coarsely grated apple
  • 115g natural yoghurt
  • Juice 1 lemon
  • ½ cup sliced nectarines and peaches
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp honey

Main Instructions
  1. Place the oats and apple juice in a bowl and soak for 1hr, or overnight
  2. Add grated apple, yoghurt and lemon juice to the oat mixture and mix well
  3. Spoon into serving bowls and top with fruit. Drizzle with honey.
