THE BROWNIE BARN
Rhonda Charlton-Slade knows everything there is to know about making Brownies. She does them the regular way but she is always coming up with new inventions like her Brownie Scotch Eggs and Giant Brownie Ferrero.
She makes them in her kitchen at her home in Newtownabbey. She makes sure to use local ingredients such as Ballyrashane Butter, local free-range eggs and Morton’s Flour.
What They Do
Brownies in different flavours, Brownie Scotch eggs, Giant Brownie Ferrero, Brownie pops and giant mallows.
