The guys at Streetza are two brothers who love pizza and wanted to work for themselves, so they decided to buy a truck, covert it and install an amazing wood-fired oven. With that sorted the next thing was to go to pizza school and where better than Italy to train professionally as Pizzaiolo making Neapolitan-style pizza.
They believe in using the finest ingredients and source locally wherever possible. Making their own cold fermented dough using the best flour all their pizzas are stretched by hand. They use Italian San Marzano DOP tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella, artisan meats and cheese as well as extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil. These are all cooked in the large wood fired oven which reaches temperatures up to 500°C cooking their pizzas in less than 2 minutes.
Whether it’s a public or private event, a wedding party or a corporate function they offer an authentic street food experience throughout Northern Ireland serving seriously good pizza. Offering vegan, gluten and dairy free options as well as a selection of wood-fired sides, soups, side salads and flatbreads they can cater for all tastes and work with you from the time of your initial enquiry to the day of the event to ensure you get exactly what you want.
