Chowder Up! Seafood
Susan Gillespie loves Seafood Chowder and she knows that we have great fish in Northern Ireland. Happily she decided to combine her love of the dish and ready access to yummy ingredients and so Chowder Up! was born.
Think Seafood Chowder, Smoked Haddock and Corn Chowder, Po Boys and Portavogie Scampi among others.
She sells ready to eat at markets and events, sometimes with her own gazebo. She gets her ingredients locally, of course, from Keenan Seafood, Superior Oceans and the Old Oven Door Bakery.
Her dishes are hearty, full of flavour and inspired by the coastal larder.
