Niall McKenna and all the staff at James Street South are excited about the upcoming months, not only do they have some seasonal changes to their restaurant menus. Their wine list has undergone a re-vamp and they are putting the final touches to their brand new website!
While they are getting ready to launch that, we wanted to take this opportunity to let you know about some great classes they have coming up at the Cookery School:
On the 28th May they welcome James and Alan from CulinaryInnovations.com as they host a demo on how to cook with the latest sous vide equipment and how to perfect the use of water baths in the kitchen. This is the first of their technical chef led classes and there are still a few places available!
For June they have practical sessions on “How to make fresh pasta”, “Salads and Marinades for BBQ” and their ever popular restaurant inspired “Effortless Entertaining”.
