The Taste of Ulster Guide has just celebrated its 20th birthday with the launch of a new and refreshed guide welcoming 20 new members.
The new Taste of Ulster Guide was launched, just in time for the start of the tourism season, with 124 members, each of whom had to go through a rigorous inspection process to get into the Guide. This year, for the first time, the Guide also contains a story of provenance for each county, information on farm shops and farmers markets and recipes.
The guide launch took place in the King’s Hall Arena Suite and we are grateful to all the Taste of Ulster members who were able to make it to the event to celebrate with us. Penny Thornberry gave an inspirational workshop delivering innovative and effective marketing strategies that restrauteurs could then take back to their establishments to boost business in what is an economically difficult time for all. We hope that you all enjoyed the occasion and thankyou again for taking the time out of your busy schedules to attend.
