Turkey Chili Tacos with pumpkin seed and chilli crema

250g cooked turkey meat, shredded
2 onions, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
200ml chopped tinned tomatoes
Salt and pepper


Cook the onions and garlic in the oil until golden.
Add the paprika and tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
Fold in the turkey meat and season well.

Pumpkin seed and chili crema

1 green chili, brushed with oil and roasted 10 minutes, peeled and deseeded
50g toasted pumpkin seeds
2 scallions, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
100ml sour cream

Blend together and season with salt.

To assemble -

4 soft flour tortillas
Lettuce leaves
Cherry tomatoes

Toast the tortillas, top with the lettuce, then the turkey chilli and tomatoes and finally add a blob of the crema.
