The Old Barn Steakhouse and Grill is an exciting new restaurant located in Market hill, County Armagh. Set in a grand, magnificent building dating from the 1800s, The Old Barn serves good, honest, traditional food in a relaxing and comfortable surroundings. All meat and produce is sourced from Northern Irish suppliers, ensuring that every ingredient is of a high quality.

Owner of the Old Barn is James Richardson, an award winning chef who is also a native of Markethill. James holds may competition medals, including awards from the World Culinary Olympics and he is also a past winner of Seafood Chef of the Year. He has cooked with some of the great chefs including Ainsley Harriot, Paul Rankin and Nevin Maguire.

While the menu at the Old Barn is focused on prime steaks, there are many other seafood, chicken and vegetarian options available. All desserts are made in house and they are simply outstanding!

Sunday Carvery at the Old Barn is served from 12pm to 3pm. You can choose from four joints of freshly roasted meats all served with your choice of potatoes and seasonal vegetables, stuffing and cocktail sausages.

An early bird menu is also available Tuesday-Sunday from 5pm-7pm, and is providing very popular with locals and visitors alike. On the second floor of the Old Barn is a private function room, which can cater for events of up to ninety people; ideal for birthday parties, anniversaries, christenings or small weddings.
