Taste of Ulster’s vision is to develop and celebrate excellence in local cuisine and hospitality throughout the province!
In 2012, our membership rose from 112 to 130 quality eating establishments. This really illustrates the passion Northern Irish chefs have in serving excellent local food to their customers. Our aim is to promote good restaurants, hotels and other eating places as well as quality producers who we believe offer excellent local food, service and authentic innovative Ulster cuisine.
The Taste of Ulster Guide has an international reputation and is also widely used and recommended within the province.
