You will then receive a Mystery Independent Inspection – followed by a breakdown of your report. Finally, after passing the inspection you will receive a stoneware plaque and a Taste of Ulster Charter to display.

We welcome all applications and look forward to working together with both new and old members to constantly strive to promote local produce, both nationally and internationally.

In order to get the 2012 - 2013 Guide published before the Tourism Season (March), all applications must be returned by 31st December 2012. Inspections will take place in January 2012.
