This year’s inspections are coming to an end and we are delighted to be able to announce the top ten highest scores so far.

Taste of Ulster is a widely accredited award scheme dedicated to finding the best local restaurants, who serve the best local food, using the best local produce.

This year Taste of Ulster is celebrating its 20th anniversary and over the past two decades has strived to source out the best places to eat good local food within Northern Ireland.

The pass mark is a high 70% and everyone who meets the high standards is awarded a Charter, a Stoneware Plaque and their own page in the renowned Taste of Ulster Guide, as well as on our fantastic new website.  Competition was fierce this year with around 120 restaurants passing their inspection; with nearly 20 members scoring into the 90’s.
