The campaign, which is supported by award winning chef Neven Maguire, is reminding consumers of top tips for using up and storing Christmas leftovers safely over the festive season. As well as great recipe ideas like Turkey, Ham & Potato pie, key advice is also being provided on making sure that your turkey is cooked properly and is safe to eat.

Free information leaflets will also be available in selected butchers across Northern Ireland from mid December.
