2015 will see the biggest ever NI Food Pavilion at Balmoral Show and the launch of Taste of Ulster TV!

We are delighted with the wide variety of local foods represented.

This year we also introduce our new ‘Talks and Tastings Area’ which will allow visitors to hear from the skilled producers who work tirelessly to create the delicious local food and drink we know and love.

We will have the Tesco Cookery Theatre and Taste of Ulster TV Kitchen featuring popular cookery demonstrations each day with our Taste of Ulster chefs who will champion a local food producer.

We are also launching Taste of Ulster TV, an exciting YouTube channel with a host of short videos.
